Mike Bundlie began doing professional illustration at the age of twelve in Minnesota when he was hired by Pizza Hut to design their kids menu. Over the next eight years, his clientele grew rapidly to include fortune 500 companies, bands and celebrities with his drawings and sculptures winning multiple awards. In 2000, he founded Poets Road, a Los Angeles design and development company. An early developer of mobile apps, Bundlie began collaborating with premiere clients including Pearl Jam, Neymar, Ronaldinho, ABCmouse, Marvel and many more to design award-winning mobile platforms and games. Bundlie’s candle app tribute to Steve Jobs was seen around the world when it became #1 in six countries as millions of mourners used it to pay homage. So far, Bundlie has designed three #1 apps, six top 10 apps and over 200 million total downloads.
Additionally, Bundlie has focused his creative energy in other mediums, producing multiple feature films including Spike Lee’s “Da Five Bloods” through his LA based production company Abstract Entertainment, as well as producing live theatre, international comic conventions, and even touring entertainment centers with Marvel.
Currently, he is engaged in multiple NFT drops including creating the strategy and artwork for collaborations with top recording artists and iconic celebrities, rescuing animals through metaverse avatars, and spearheading original NFT mobile game design and metaverse events.
